Santorini, Greece is at the top of my list because of the beautiful scenery and breath-taking sunsets.
If you weren't doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I would love to get into forensic dentistry.
What one word best describes you?
Multitalented.
What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
I have an artsy side and love to zone out on craft projects… I need to update my vision board.
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
I have worked in oral surgery since 2004 and my favorite thing about my job is the people. Every day I interact with all kinds of different personalities. I love the challenge of easing someone's worries or providing input to teammates to help them navigate challenges.
If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I’d go back to St. Thomas Virgin Islands. My family is from there and the beaches are unmatched!
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I’d be an actress or singer…I feel like I was meant for the silver screen or stage.
What one word best describes you?
Dedicated.
What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
Singing and dancing.
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
I started with Drs. Lin & Gramins back in 2018. I left for a short period, and came running back! What I love most is that I learn something new every day.

If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Sicily to visit my family, some I have never met and some I haven’t seen in many years and I miss them. I want to make homemade Scillian pizza and sit on the beach and reconnect.
If you weren't doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I actually played around with the idea of becoming a doctor, but ultimately I thoroughly enjoy assisting so much, I have no regrets!
What one word best describes you?
Loyal.
What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
I consider myself a great rapper! My friends and family might disagree, but they’re just jealous.
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
I’ve been in the medical/dental field for 30 years, oral surgery for 6 years. My favorite thing about oral surgery is the satisfaction of knowing you are helping someone in pain or discomfort, scared, to feel better and give them reassurance, hope and the knowledge to understand all of their options, and finally, to see the end results and happy smiles on our patient’s faces. We are here to help their life become more fulfilling and functional and I’m excited to be a part of that.
If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Pico, Azores, Portugal because that’s where my dad originally is from, and I’d love to explore my heritage!
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
Professional dance choreographer.
What one word best describes you?
Resilient.
What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
Partner dancing. I have over 25 years of studio experience and discovered the fun of country dancing 8 years ago! I met my husband out dancing and that’s something we do every other week since we’ve met!
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
I really enjoy the balance of problem-solving and helping people. It’s rewarding to know that I’m helping our patients navigate an important part of their treatment, while also keeping everything organized and running smoothly for the office. Although I’m relatively new to a front office position, I’ve been a dental and clinical assistant over 5 years.

If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I would love to visit Japan or Italy. The difference in culture for both locations is very interesting, the food seems delicious, and the views look amazing
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I'm interested in the psychology or criminology field.
What one word best describes you?
Efficient.
What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
My hidden talent is cooking/baking. It's nice following recipes then slowly learning to create new ones.
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
I've been assisting in oral surgery for 4 years now and my favorite thing about my career is being able to help and care for patients.
If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I would love to spend a week in Iceland. Iceland seems so exotic, mystical and enchanting.
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I have always dreamed of being an interior designer. Making houses comfortable and colorful and making it feel like home.

Meticulous.
What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
I am a very good cook. Like chef quality, going onto a show, opening my own restaurant good.
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
Although I am new to this industry, I am really enjoying the experience and coworkers that I feel lucky to be sharing an office with.
